摘要 开关类设备传动部位全部位于罐体或壳体内部,当出现内部故障时,传统的带电检测方法只能大致判断故障位置和性质,无法直接对设备内部故障准确定位。宁夏电力公司引入X射线CR成像检测技术应用于开关类设备成像检测,实现在设备不解体、不影响正常运行条件下可视化检测设备内部状况,并能准确地判断出缺陷的性质、位置及尺寸。实践结果表明,X射线CR成像检测作为一种开关类设备检测新方法,能够成功实现可视化无损检测。 Switch transmission parts all such equipment is located inside or shell of tank, when the internal fault, the traditional electric detection method can only judge fault location and nature of general can' t directly to internal fault accurate positioning equipment. Ningxia electric power company to X-ray CR imaging detection technology applied in switch imaging detection of such equipment, realize the equipment without dis-assembly, does not affect the normal operation of the visual detection equipment under the condition of the internal condition, and can accurately tell the nature, location and size of defects. Practice results show that the X-ray CR imaging detection as a kind of switch is a new method for the detection devices, can successfully realize visualization of nondestructive testing.
