严寒地区居住建筑采暖能耗实测结果分析 被引量:10

摘要 随着我国社会经济的快速发展,居民生活水平逐步提高,以居住建筑为主的房地产成为最大消费品,居住建筑节能成为我国建筑节能工作的重要组成部分。对于严寒地区采暖能耗占建筑总能耗的比例很高,而节能建筑能耗实测分析对建筑节能有着切实的重要意义。因此,对严寒地区既有建筑进行能耗实测,评估其能耗状况,为进一步节能改造提供依据和参考。本文针对吉林省吉林市某小区居住建筑,提出测试方案,在建筑采暖期内选择一个周期,采用温度自计仪和超声波热量表进行了逐时温度与建筑耗热量的能耗实测。测试结果表明,在建筑耗热量基本满足标准要求的情况下,有80%的房间平均温度均未达到标准设计要求,本文针对这一现状提出了几点降低建筑采暖能耗、提高建筑室温的做法。 With the improvement of people' s living standards people' s requirement to the quality of residence has increased. Mainly on residential buildings of real estate has become the largest consumer goods. Residential building energy conservation has become an important part of our country building energy conservation work. Test result data of heating energy consumption for energy efficiency of residential building is significant for building energy conservation research. Therefore, In Severe Cold Zone, measured energy consumption of existing buildings and assessed the situation of building energy consumption provides the basis for further energy saving reconstruction and reference. This paper based on a residential building in Ji Lin, puts forward the scheme of energy saving test. Tests on field are made hour by hour in the heating period by the temperature automatic recording instrument and ultrasonic heat meter. Test results show that in the case of building heat consumption succeeded to meet the basic requirements of the standard, 80% of the average room temperature failed to meet the standard design requirements. Inorder to solve this situation, the new thoughts and measures to reduce the building heating energy consumption through calculation and analyses are provided in this paper.
