摘要
应用安全系统工程方法和事故树法,识别分析清罐作业的主要危害及潜在风险,剖析危害产生的根源,提出现有原油储罐清罐作业的安全对策。
Through safety system engineering method and accident tree method,this paper makes identification of major hazard and potential threat in cleaning tank operation,analyzes the root causes of harm,puts forward some countermeasures for the safety of existing oil storage tank operation.
