摘要
基于CFD技术,以某石化厂高架火炬为例开展建模计算,研究装置在最大泄放工况下高、低压火炬和酸性气火炬未点燃后的气体扩散行为。研究结果可为火炬系统紧急状态下的安全区域划分、应急响应预案制定提供技术支撑。
Based on the CFD technology,elevated the torch in a petrochemical plant as an example to carry out the modeling calculation,research unit high and low pressure torch at the maximum discharge condition and acid gas diffusion behavior of gas after the torch is not lit. The results show that the high and low pressure when the torch was not successful,combustible gas cloud upward diffusion,the possibility of ignition is low,its main consequences is caused by environmental pollution; Acidic gas torch is not lit,the leaking after 10 min,a gas cloud will spread to about 1 km away from the torch under the wind,on the ground,may cause injuries. The results can be divided into security zones under the emergency flare systems,emergency response plans developed to provide technical support.
