摘要
教育政策效果评估是确定教育政策走向的重要基础。为了解决政策评估主体单一、评估指标内容模糊、评估对象宽泛和评估结果理论联系实践不强等问题,我国教育政策效果评估应该走后实证主义方法论道路,从客观效果、主观福祉、伦理标准三个维度构建评估指标体系,以水平比较和横向比较总结评估结果,形成一个动态的评估体系。
Effect evaluation is an important prerequisite to determine the trend of education policy. To solve these problems, such as the policy evaluation subject is too single, quantitative evaluation index is not enough, evaluation object covers too widely and evaluation results cannot combine theory and practice together, China's educational policy evaluation must follow positivism methodology, construct evaluation index system with three dimensions (objective effect, subjective well- being and ethical standard), and summary evaluation results in the horizontal and transverse comparison, thus building a dynamic system.
