摘要
根据我国海洋钢结构阴极保护设计执行标准,通过具体实例计算和模拟试验对比研究了一种新型翼型阳极与传统形式阳极的阳极材料用量及电化学性能。结果表明:新型翼型阳极在满足初期保护所需电流密度需求及中、后期的阳极质量要求的同时,有效降低牺牲阳极材料的使用量,从而减少制造、运输和安装费用,降低成本,减少重金属污染。
According to cathodic protection design standards of marine steel structures in China, the amount and electrochemical properties of anode material were studied by comparing a new airfoil anode with anodes in traditional shape through calculation of concrete example and simulation experiment. The results show that the airfoil anode reduces the amount of sacrificial anode material effectively, meets current density requirement in the early protection and weight demand in the late requirements, which will reduce the costs of manufacturing, transportation and installation and the pollution of heavv metals.
