摘要 脂肪细胞分化过程中,细胞内脂肪细胞型脂肪酸结合蛋白、葡萄糖转运蛋白4及过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ等蛋白异常表达,可能与糖及脂肪代谢、肥胖症、2型糖尿病、脂肪肝、高脂血症和乳腺癌等重大生命和疾病过程有非常密切的关系,使得脂肪细胞的分化过程成为近年来研究的热点之一。而微RNA(miRNA)是一种小分子的内生的非编码RNA,可选择性地催化信使RNA裂解,调节基因的表达。 In adipocyte differentiation, the abnormal expression of intracellular adipocyte fatty acid binding protein, glucose transporter 4 and peroxisome proliferator activated receptor "y may have very close rela-tionship with major life and disease processes including sugar and fat metabolism, obesity, type 2 diabetes, fatty liver, hyperlipidemia and breast cancer, therefore the adipocyte differentiation process has become one of the hot spots in recent years. And microRNA(miRNA) is a small molecule endogenous non-encoding RNA, which can selectively catalyze the cleavage of messenger RNA and regulate gene expression.
