摘要 人类基因组中DNA的5-甲基胞嘧啶(5-m C)在人类发育、衰老和疾病中起到至关重要的作用。TET家族蛋白能够将5-m C转化成5-羟甲基胞嘧啶(5-hm C),成为一个导致DNA脱甲基作用和维持细胞本身的潜在机制。TET家族蛋白在神经胶质瘤的发病机制中扮演一个关键角色。该文将揭示TET家族蛋白在不同目标基因中的DNA脱甲基、转录调节以及在神经胶质瘤中的作用。TET家族蛋白有可能成为神经胶质瘤治疗方法的新靶点。 In the human genome,the 5-methyl cytosine(5-mC) DNA plays a vital role in human development, aging and disease. TET family protein can convert 5-mC to 5-hydroxy methyl cytosine (5-hmC) ,thus is a potential mechanism of causing DNA demethylation and maintaining the ceils. TET family proteins plays a key role in the pathogenesis of glioma. Here is to reveal the role of TET familyproteins in different target genes in DNA demethylation, transcriptional regulation and glioma. TET family protein may become a new target for treatment of glioma.
