摘要
研究了微波加热技术快速合成介孔分子筛SBA-16,采用三嵌段共聚物F127为模板剂,Na_2SiO_3·9H_2O作为硅源,在酸性条件下,微波辅助加热120 min后,合成出了介孔材料SBA-16。通过X射线衍射、扫描电镜、N_2吸附-脱附等手段对SBA-16的物相结构和形貌特点进行了表征。结果表明,微波辅助溶胶-凝胶法能够快速制备SBA-16,所得产品外貌为球形,结晶度较高,多孔结构发达,平均孔径为9.060 nm,孔容为0.672 cm^3/g,比表面积为650.1 m^2/g。
Synthesis of mesoporous molecular sieve SBA-16 rapidly under microwave heating was re- searched. Using triblock copolymer F127 as a template, Na/SiO3 · 9H2O as a silicon source, under the acidic conditions,the mesoporous materials SBA-16 was synthesised after 120 min by microwave heated. The SBA-16 was characterized by XRD, N2 adsorption-desorption technique, SEM. The results indicated that SBA-16 may be prepared rapidly by the hydrothermal route under microwave assisted, and which appearance is spherical, higher crystallinity, average pore size is 9.060 nm, pore volume is 0. 672 cm3/g, specific surface area is 650.1 m2/g.
