烷基糖苷最终生物降解性能以及影响因素的研究 被引量:4

Influence effects and ultimate performance of polyglycoside surfactants( APG) degradability

摘要 在实验室条件下,用震荡培养法研究不同试验条件对烷基糖苷(以APG0810为代表)生物降解性的影响。结果表明,在浓度为30 mg/L,p H=7,不含酵母膏的培养基,微生物源为生活污水处理厂中活性污泥的条件下,烷基糖苷的初级生物降解度最大。采用密闭瓶法研究烷基糖苷的最终生物降解性能,其10 d降解率在50%左右,28 d降解率在70%以上,参照OECD 301标准,属于易生物降解有机物。 The effect on primary biodegradability of PAG ( represented by APG0810 ) in different test conditions was studied under laboratory conditions by shaking culture method. The results showed that in the concentration of 30 rag/L, pH = 7, the culture medium of no yeast extract, activated sludge in the wastewater treatment plant as microbial source, the primary biodegradation degree is the largest. The ultimate biodegradability of APG was measured by means of Closed bottle test, the biodegradation ratio was higher than 50% after 10 d,70% after 28 d. According to OECD 301 standard APG was an easy biodegradable organic material.
