宫腹腔镜联合诊治不孕症的手术配合

The Surgery Coordinate of Laparoscopy with the Diagnosis and Treatment of Infertility

目的:总结宫腹联合术治疗不孕症的手术配合护理经验及工作要点。方法:对实施的32例不孕症患者在临床使用宫腹腔镜联合术进行诊治的资料进行回顾性分析。结果:32例宫腹腔镜联合手术全部手术过程顺利,疗效满意,无手术并发症的发生。通过总结宫腹联合术治疗不孕症的手术配合,进一步提高了手术室护理人员对宫腹腔镜联合手术的护理配合质量。结论:宫腹腔镜联合应用于不孕症,实现两种微创手术的优势互补,融诊断与治疗为一体,且损伤小、恢复快、手术成功率高,是一项安全、有效治疗不孕症的理想方法;施行充分的术前准备和术中密切的手术配合护理是手术成功的重要保障及预防并发症的关键。

Objective To summarize the intrauterine and peritoneal surgery for infertility with nursing experience points. Method 32 cases of infertility implemented in the clinical use of laparoseopy combined with intraoperative diagnosis and treatment data were analyzed retrospectively. Results 32 cases of laparoscopic surgery went smoothly all satisfactory, no surgical complications. By summarizing the laparoseopic surgery for infertility with further improve the quality of operating room nurses to the laparoseopic surgery care. Conclusion Laparoscopy combined application of infertility,achieve two complementary advantages of minimally invasive surgery,di- agnosis and treatment of melt into one, and little damage, quick recovery, high success rate,is a safe and effective treatment ideal way to in- fertility ;full implementation of preoperative preparation and intraoperative surgical closely with care is an important guarantee for the success of the surgery and the key to preventing complications.
