健康管理对2型糖尿病患者的疗效影响

The effect of impact of Health management in patients with type 2 diabetes

目的:探讨健康管理对2型糖尿病患者的疗效影响。方法:选取收治的200例2型糖尿病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:观察组100例2型糖尿病患者,经健康管理,空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖均较治疗前有明显改善,与对照组治疗后比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对2型糖尿病患者实施科学、系统的健康管理,可以有效改善患者的生活方式,控制患者的病情,对糖尿病的预防和治疗都具有非常重要的作用。

Objective To investigate the influence on the curative effect of patients with type 2 diabetes health manage- ment. Method The clinical data of 200 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes were retrospectively analyzed. Results The observation group, 100 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes,the health management, fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose 2 h were obviously improved compared with before treatment, compared with the control group after treatment, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion For patients with type 2 diabetes health management of scientific, system can effectively improve the patient＇s lifestyle, control of the patient,in diabetes prevention and treatment has a very important role.
