摘要 本实验采用盐酸滴定石灰石浆液的方法,对影响石灰石溶解速率的各个因素进行了单因素和多因素的实验研究。结果表明:1升高温度不利于碳酸钙的消溶。2p H值对石灰石的盐酸溶解特性影响较为显著。3在相同反应时间下,石灰石的转化率并未随着添加剂浓度的递增而呈现递增趋势,不同添加剂具有自己的最佳添加浓度。4正交实验方差分析结果表明,各个因素对石灰石的溶解影响程度由主到次排序为:p H>温度>杂质离子>添加剂种类。 In this experiment, the effect of various factors on the dissolution rate of limestone had been studied by using themethod of hydrochloric acid titration. The results showed that increasing temperature was not conducive to the dissolution ofcalcium carbonate. The pH value had a significant influence on the dissolution rate of limestone. The lower the pH value,the faster the dissolution rate of limestone. In the process of industrial desulfurization , the most suitable pH value oflimestone slurry is 5 - 5.5. Under the same reaction time, the conversion rate of limestone is not increasing with theincrease of additive dosage, and the different additives have their own best adding coucentration. Variance analysis of theorthogonal experiment results showed that influence of the various factors on limestone dissolution from strong to weak cotddbe shown as : B 〉 A 〉 E 〉 C ( pH 〉 temperature 〉 impurity ion 〉 additives).
