含氟酯基硫杯[4]芳烃衍生物的合成及其对Pb^(2+)荧光传感性能研究

摘要 合成了2-氟-3-吡啶酯基硫桥杯[4]芳烃衍生物F(C_(64)H_(56)F_4N_4O_8S_4),并通过~1H NMR核磁共振,^(19)F NMR核磁共振,IR进行了初步表征。通过荧光光谱实验研究了衍生物F对K^+,Ca^(2+),Mg^(2+),Pb^(2+),Hg^(2+)等多种不同金属离子的荧光响应。结果表明,F对Pb^(2+)表现出很好的荧光猝灭效应和良好的选择专一性。 2 - fluoro - 3 - pyridine - thiacalix [ 4 ] areneF(C64H56F4N4O8S4) was synthesized and characterized by HNMR ,9F NMR and IR . Fluorescence techniques was used for the analysis of F towards different kinds of ions such K+,Ca2+,Mg2+,Pb2+,Hg2+. It figured out that F showed remarkable fluorescence quenching effect and good specificityfor Pb2+.
