New process in the treatment of acute traumatic coagulopathy

摘要 急性创伤性凝血病，发病急，进展快，致死率极高。近年来，针对本病的研究越来越多，其发病机制、诊断和治疗方面取得了较大进展。但是，目前仍未有急性创伤性凝血病相关的指南出现，临床中存在治疗不规范，理念陈旧等问题。本文结合国内外最新研究进展对本病进行综述，重点阐述其救治，希望为临床工作者带来帮助。 Acute traumatic coagulopathy （ATC） attacks suddenly with a rapid progress and has an extremely highly mortality. Of late years more and more relative studies have made a great progress on the pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of ATC. However, there are currently no medical guidelines for ATC. There are still some problems such as nonstandard treatment, outdated concept and so on in clinic. Based on the latest research progresses home and abroad, this paper expounds emphatically the first-aid and treatment of ATC in order to bring helps to the clinical doctors.
