“杂交手术”治疗急性心肌梗死6例 被引量:2

Hybrid cardiac surgery in treatment of acute myocardial infarction: a report of 6 cases

摘要 急性心肌梗死(AMI)是由于血栓完全阻塞冠状动脉而引起心肌的缺血性坏死所出现的病症,伴有休克的急性心肌梗死,其病死率可高达85%。及时早期开通梗死相关血管是抢救急性心肌梗死患者的关键,急诊冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)是开通血管的重要手段,急诊冠脉搭桥手术(emergency coronary artery bypass grafting,ECABG)是急诊PCI失败时的最有效方法,采用杂交手术(hybrid cardiac surgery)治疗急性心肌梗死,吸取了二者的优点,进一步使急诊搭桥手术微创化,提高了抢救成功率,国内外鲜有报道。2006年1月-2013年1月,6例冠心病急性心肌梗死接受“杂交手术”进行心肌血运重建,现报道如下。
