甲状腺功能减退导致多浆膜腔积液及CA125升高一例 被引量：1

摘要 甲状腺功能减退（甲减）是内分泌较为常见的一种疾病，临床主要表现为黏液水肿，但甲减患者合并多浆膜腔积液及CA125升高比较罕见，总结杭州市第一人民医院1例甲减导致多浆膜腔积液及CA125升高的病例，并结合相关文献报道，报道如下。
