摘要 针对传统网络优化效率低、成本高、缺少用户互动及偏离用户感知等突出问题,基于众筹、大数据和移动互联网+思维,打造用户真参与、强互动的"众筹式"网络优化工作模式,建立以大数据分析为核心的移动互联网感知评估体系,构建移动互联网业务跨界联合优化机制,让用户主动参与网络优化,采集海量众筹数据,实现大众的终端、大众的业务、大众的行为参与网络监控和优化测试,成功实现网络优化从传统的"作坊型"到"众筹式"的转型。 Inefficiency, high cost, lack of user interactive participation and deviation from the user' s perception are the prominent draw- backs of traditional Internet. Based on the mobile Internet+ thought of "Crowd Funding" and big data, a user participated, strong interaction "public chips" network optimization mode is built, a mobile Internet perceptual evaluation system with the core of the large data analysis is established. A "cross border" joint optimization mechanism of mobile Internet service is con-structed. Massive "raise public" data is collected and interactive user actively participates in the network optimization. The proposition of public terminals, public services, public acts participating is achieved in the network monitoring and optimization test. The network optimization transition from the traditional "workshop" to "raise public" type is successfully implemented.
