高校体育文化对大学生社会化影响探究

A Study on the Influence of University Sports Culture on Socialization of University Students

高校体育文化是高等教育的重要组成部分,随着现代化进程的加快与社会化关系日益紧密,对大学生社会化的影响日渐凸显。本文从社会化内涵的三个不同角度:文化、个性发展和社会结构,探讨高校体育文化对大学生社会化进程中价值标准内化、个性形成和发展以及社会角色意识培养等三个方面的影响,以期对高校体育文化建设及高校体育文化对大学生社会化的积极影响有所帮助,使高校从我国21世纪人才培养的战略高度出发,为适应和促进高速发展的现代社会提供优秀的复合型实用人才。

University sports culture constitutes an important part of higher education. With the rapid development of social modernization, its relation with socialization is increasingly close and its influence on socialization of university students is increasingly prominent. This paper discusses its influence on students＇ internalization of value standard, formation and development of personality and cultivation of social role consciousness from three angles of culture, personality development and social structure with the hope of providing inspirations for constructing university sports culture and enhancing its positive influence on students. Universities should implement the strategy of cultivating excellent comprehensive and practical talents for the rapid development of modern society of China in the 21 st century.
