摘要
基于楚汉种业和龙华种业等8家种子公司在湖北省56个县(市)区域的油菜种子业务经营数据,运用双重差分模型排除政策效应评估中可能存在的个体固定效应、时间效应和内生性,评价统一供种项目对种子公司销售量和市场占有率的影响。结果发现统一供种项目有助于种子公司在县(市)区域提升销售量和市场占有率,但在县(市)区域销售量大、市场占有率高的公司不太愿意参与统一供种项目。
Based on the business data of canola seed from 8seed companies(e.g.Chuhan and Longhua)in 56counties(cities)of Hubei province,this paper uses difference-in-difference model to exclude the individual fixed effects,time effects and endogenous in the process of policy effect's evaluation and evaluates the impact of unified seed supply program on seed companies' sales volume and market share.The result shows that the unified seed supply program really helps seed companies to improve sales volume and market share in county(city)areas,but companies with large sales volume and market share in county(city)areas are not willing to participate in this program.
