摘要 本文对GSM频率重耕至LTE FDD过程中涉及的关键技术问题进行了系统地梳理及详细地分析,并对GSM升级及新建的两种建设方式的优劣势及可行性进行了深入的研究。同时对未来LTE FDD建设方案选择时应考虑的因素进行了总结,并提出了相应的建议。本文提出的方案可有效地解决GSM频率重耕LTE FDD过程中网络建设相关技术问题,为未来LTE FDD组网提供了坚实的技术基础。 Key technical problems involved in GSM frequency re-farming to LTE FDD were listed systematically and analyzed in depth. The advantages, disadvantages and feasibility of two construction modes including GSM update and construction were discussed. The essential factors to select construction schemes of LTE FDD in the future were summarized and corresponding suggestions were presented. The proposed scheme can effectively deal with the key technical problems in the process of GSM frequency re-farming to LTE FDD, which provide a solid technical foundation for the LTE FDD networking.
