光动力疗法治疗非黑色素瘤皮肤癌的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 非黑色素瘤皮肤癌是人类最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。其发病率最高的是基底细胞癌,其次为易发生转移的鳞状细胞癌。光动力疗法应用于人类肿瘤研究已经有三十多年的历史,作为一种非创伤性的治疗方法,它的优点是可以局部用药并保护治疗区域的美观性。在很多临床病例研究中,光动力疗法显示了其对非黑色素瘤皮肤癌的治疗作用。本文综述了光动力疗法治疗非黑色素瘤皮肤癌的现有研究成果,为其在临床应用提供参考依据。 Non - melanoma skin cancers (NMSC) are one of the most common malignancy in humans. A- mong NMSC types, basal cell carcinoma( BCC )has the highest incidence and squamous cell carcinoma (SCC)is less common although it can metastasize. Over 30 years ago,Photodynamic therapy(PDT) was applied for the study of human tumor, it showed the advantage of being a non -invasive option, and capable of field treatment, providing optimum cosmetic outcomes. Numerous clinical research studies have shown the efficacy of PDT for treating NMSC. The purpose of this systematic review is to summarize the previous results, current evidence and the possi- bilities for PDT in patients with NMSC.
