棕色脂肪组织分化及调控的研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 棕色脂肪组织是哺乳类动物存在的另一种特殊类型的脂肪,通过线粒体氧化呼吸链解偶联作用,释放热能。近年研究发现,儿童时期乃至成人中仍存在代谢活跃的棕色脂肪。本文总结了棕色脂肪组织分化、组织结构、生理功能及其调节机制的研究进展,以阐明棕色脂肪组织在能量代谢中的作用和机制,从而为肥胖及其相关疾病的防治提供新的途径。
