摘要
高校学报编辑人员的知识结构由叙述性、理论性及过程性三大类知识构成,根据知识呈现方式的不同,又可分为显性知识和隐性知识两部分。在传统学科体系下,编辑人员的知识结构偏重显性知识,隐性知识未能整体纳入学科专业模式中,进而导致显性知识与隐性知识的分殊化。当编辑人员已有的知识结构无法满足新知识不断发展的需要时,有必要将原学科体系排拒的隐性知识重新纳入,以提升编辑人员的知识能力。而编辑人员知识结构的重构,建立在摆脱传统学科体系束缚,确立现代行动体系的基础上。
The knowledge structure of college journal editors is composed of three kinds of knowledge: the narrative, the theoretical and the procedural. According to the different knowledge representations, it also can be divided into two parts: explicit knowledge and implicit knowledge. The knowledge structure of the journal editors is biased towards explicit knowledge in the traditional discipline system, the implicit knowledge is not put into the discipline system as a whole, which leads to the differentiation of explicit knowledge and implicit knowledge. When the journal editors' existing knowledge structure cannot meet the needs of new knowledge, the acquisition of implicit knowledge which is rejected by the original discipline system is particularly necessary so as to improve the journal editors' knowledge ability. The knowledge reconstruction of college journal editors is based on the disintegration of traditional discipline system and the establishment of modern action system.
