摘要
海洋深水试验池能够模拟海洋深水波浪、水流、海潮等,其中泵是造流系统核心设备。以我国目前建造规模最大的某海洋深水试验池为例,介绍了大型卧式导叶式混流泵的设计选用与安装,具体包括卧式导叶式S型结构泵组的设计、安装与土建界面的特点及质量控制活动过程中遇到的问题和解决方法。
Deep ocean current experiment tank could simulate the deep ocean wave, flow, tide, and so on. The wave-making pump is its key device. Taking the largest deep ocean current experiment tank in China as example, this paper introduced the selection of large scale horizontal guide vane mixed flow pump and its installation, In specification, this paper introduced the design and installation of the horizontal guiding vane Stype-construction pump unit, the characteristics of the surface between this pump and its infrastructure, and the problems in quality control process and their solutions.
