摘要
基于竹炭纤维和涤纶DTY长丝的性能特点,采用16.7 tex/144 f的竹炭纱和16.7 tex/288 f的涤纶DTY长丝,在TSGE-85型割圈绒针织机上开发针织起绒织物。详细介绍编织工艺,如原料选择、设备参数、工艺设计等,通过原料种类和排列方式的变化设计不同结构的起绒织物,并对织物的保暖性能、透气性能、芯吸性能、顶破性能和拉伸性能进行测试。结果表明,竹炭纱和涤纶长丝的原料配比以及织物组织结构对针织起绒织物的各项性能影响显著,优化编织工艺可得到综合性能优良的竹炭针织起绒织物,该研究可用于竹炭纤维面料的开发与研究。
Based on the properties of bamboo-carbon fiber and polyester DTY filament, the paper develops a new kind of knitted fleece fabric on TSGE-85 cut pile knitting machine by using 16.7 tex/144 f bamboo-carbon fiber and 16.7 rex/288 f polyester DTY filament. It introduces in detail the knitting technology, such as raw materi- al selection, equipment parameters, technology design, and the fleece fabric with different structures were designed by changing materials and structures. In addition, the warmth retention, air permeability, wicking ability, bursting strength and tensile elongation of the fabric are tested and compared. The results show that the properties of knitted fleece fabrics were greatly affected by the fabric structure and the material ratio of bamboo-carbon fibers to polyester filament, and the bamboo-carbon fiber knitted fleece fabric with excellent comprehensive properties could be obtained through optimizing the knitting technology, which can be used in the development of the bamboo-car- bon fabric.
