摘要 以"工业4.0"和《中国制造2025》国家战略的发展方向为出发点,分析了传统纺织印染行业实现智能工厂、智能生产、智能物流的可能性。在优化针织染整工艺技术的基础上,首次提出通过工序模块化4.0人机对话的建设与模块之间的网络链接,实现针织印染工厂生产的智能制造。同时,提出了几点关于实现印染厂生产过程智能化制造的建议。 Taking the "industrial 4.0" and the development direction of "made in China 2025" national strategy as the starting point, the possibility of realizing intelligent factory, intelligent production and intelligent logistics in traditional textile and dyeing industry were analyzed. On the basis of the optimizing technology about the knitting and dyeing, through presenting the construction of process modular 4.0 man-machine dialogues and the network links of modules for the first time, the knitting and dyeing factory of intelligent manufacturing were realized. At the same time, it provided some suggestions for realizing the intelligent manufacturing in dyeing factory.
