Safety and Energy Saving Based Self-cleaning System for Filter Screen of Setting Machines

阐述了定形机的工作原理,介绍了定形机的节能方法,提出一种新型定形机滤网自清理系统的设计方案,指出了定形机滤网的研究现状及抽拉式过滤网、内置式过滤网存在的问题,并介绍了定形机滤网自清理系统的工作原理,通过实例对比验证了定形机滤网自清理系统的优点。结果表明,定形机滤网自清理系统的应用对印染企业减少火灾隐患、提高产品稳定性、降低能耗、提高自动化程度起到了积极的作用。

The working principle of setting machine was expounded, energy saving method of setting machine was introduced, the design scheme of self-cleaning system for the filter screen of a new type setting machine were proposed, the research status about the filter screen of the setting machine and the problems of the pull-pull filter screen and the built-in filter screen were pointed out, and the working principle of the self-cleaning system of setting machine was introduced, the advantages of the self-cleaning system for filter screen of the setting machine were verified by an example. The results show that the application of the self-cleaning system for filter screen of the setting machine has a positive effect on reducing the hidden danger of fire, improving the stability of the prod- ucts, reducing the energy consumption and improving the automation degree of the printing and dyeing enterprises.
