分散染料涤纶染色工艺的模糊正交优化 被引量:7

摘要 针对以醋酸-醋酸钠为pH缓冲体系的分散染料涤纶高温染色工艺,运用模糊正交试验方法研究了高温匀染剂HR-214用量、高温保温时间、醋酸用量和醋酸钠用量对上色率和固色率的影响,并确定了最佳的工艺组合。结果表明,对上色率和固色率的综合影响次序为高温匀染剂HR-214用量>醋酸钠用量>醋酸用量>高温保温时间;最佳的工艺组合为高温匀染剂HR-214用量0.25 g/L,高温保温时间50 min,醋酸用量0.75 g/L,醋酸钠用量0.75 g/L;在醋酸钠辅助醋酸调节染液pH值时,可以达到涤纶织物分散染料130℃高温染色对染液pH环境的要求。 Aiming at polyester dyeing process at high temperature by disperse dyes with acetic acid and sodium acetate as pH buffer system, the effects of the dosage of levelling agent HR-214, heat preservation time at high temperature, the dosage of acetic acid and sodium acetate on the dyeing rate and fixation rate were studied by fuzzy orthogonal experiment method, and optimal process combination was confirmed. The results show that influence order on dyeing rate and fixation is that the dosage of levelling agent HR-214〉the dosage of sodium acetate〉the dosage of acetic acid〉heat preservation time at high temperature; the optimal process combination is that the dosage of levelling agent HR-214 is 0.25 g/L, heat preservation time at high temperature is 50 minutes, the dosage of acetic acid is 0.75 g/L, the dosage of sodium acetate is 0.75 g/L; it can satisfy the requirement of dye liquor pH environment in polyester dyeing process at 130 ~C high temperature , when using acetic acid assisted by sodium acetate for adjusting pH.
