The characteristics of high-class wool and polyester blended knitted fabric which called xiangyun woolen cloth were expounded, and the dyeing and finishing technological processes of xiangyun woolen cloth were introduced. The technological parameters and conditions of dyeing and finishing for xiangyun woolen cloth were dis- cussed from the aspects of scouring of wool fabric, polar fleece making, dyeing, setting, shearing and so on. Com- mon quality problems and forming reason of each process in the actual mass production were analyzed. In addition, the corresponding solutions were pointed out.
