新型城镇化视角下的农村人力资本投资效率研究被引量：4

摘要在新型城镇化过程中,读不懂农民,就读不懂城镇化,城镇化实质是以农民市民化为核心。进行科学合理的农村人力资本投资决策、激发农村内生经济增长是农民市民化的关键路径,也是全面实现建成小康社会宏伟目标的必由之路。本文基于随机前沿函数(SFA)构建农村人力资本投资结构的理论模型,为提高我国新型城镇化进程中农村人力资本投资效率提供有效的决策参考。
