经皮微创多向锁定接骨板内固定治疗近大关节不稳定骨折的临床疗效观察

Observation of clinical effect on percutaneous minimally invasive of multiway internal fixation with locking plate treatment on unstable fracture of near large joints

目的探讨经皮微创多向锁定接骨板内固定治疗近大关节不稳定骨折患者的临床疗效。方法选取2014年1月~2015年1月,在我院确诊为近大关节不稳定的骨折患者共84例,随机将84例患者分成对照组与治疗组。对照组患者通过解剖接骨板进行内固定治疗,治疗组患者通过经皮微创多向锁定接骨板进行内固定治疗。结果治疗组患者的术中出血量、手术时间、骨折愈合时间、并发症发生率以及术后疼痛程度评分均低于对照组,愈合率、关节优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论经皮微创多向锁定接骨板内固定能有效对大关节不稳定骨折患者进行治疗,创伤少、操作简单、愈合率高、关节功能恢复好,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of percutaneous minimally invasive of multiway internal fixation with locking plate treatment on unstable fracture of near large joints. Methods 84 patients,who were diagnosed of unstable fracture of near large joints in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015,were selected and were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.Patients in control group were treated with internal fixation by anatomic plate,while patients in treatment group were treated with percutaneous minimally invasive of muhiway internal fixation with locking plate. Results The intraoperative blood loss,the operation time,the fracture healing time, the incidence of complication,the postoperative pain degree score in treatment group were lower than which in control group, the healing rate and the good rate of joint in treatment group were higher than which in control group, the differences were statically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Percutaneous minimally invasive of multiway internal fixation with locking plate could effectively treatment patients with unstable fracture of near large joints,has the characteristics of less trauma,simple operation,high healing rate, good of joint function recovery,is worthy of clinical popularization.
