摘要
基于2008—2012年上海市科技企业统计中的高新技术企业数据,运用OLS、FE、系统GMM、OP方法分别估算了企业TFP,并研究R&D人力和资本投入与国外技术引进与高新技术企业TFP之间的关系.结果表明:自主研发中的R&D人力投入和国外技术引进对生产率有促进作用,但是自主研发中的R&D资本投入因存在1年时滞而产生抑制作用;当研究自主研发与国外技术引进的吸收作用时,R&D资本的吸收效应可以提高企业TFP,而R&D人力的吸收效应不明显.
Based on the statistical data of high-tech enterprises in Shanghai from 2008 to 2012, it studied the relation- ship among TFP, independent R&D and technology import. It estimated TFP with four methods of OLS, FE, system GMM and OP, and then made the regression on human and capital inputs of independent R&D, oversea technology import and TFP of high-tech enterprises. The results show that both human inputs of independent R&D and technology import have significant positive effects on TFP, while capital input of independent R&D has negative impact because of the time lag. Considering the absorption effect of R&D, the absorption of R&D human input can help to improve TFP, but the absorption of R&D capital input has no significant influence.
