面向作战应用的数据工程建设方法初探

The Study of Data Engineering Construction Method for Electronic Warfare Application

优质的数据信息服务是形成和提升装备实战应用能力的重要支撑和关键环节。为产出面向作战应用的数据产品需进行对应的数据工程建设。为保证数据产品与实战装备快速、紧密的结合以及其效能能够显性、稳定地凸显，数据工程的建设方法必须适应作战应用的实际需要，而不能简单按照通用的数据信息系统去建设。针对上述问题，文章提出了一种面向作战应用的数据工程建设方法，该方法能够紧密结合用户需求以及装备／系统实际，从标准规范拟制、处理系统开发、数据产品生产以及产品应用服务等四个方面进行建设工作，最终统一构建了完整的数据工程体系。

Data service of high quality is the key of forming and improving the capability of Electronic Warfare （EW） equipment. In order to output data product that is fit for EW application, data engineering construction is required. The data products must be effective and easy-to -use. From this point of view, the construction method of data engineering should be designed exactly according to the requirements of real EW operations other than a common information system. In this paper, a data engineering construction method for EW application is introduced. The data engineering architecture considers both the user requirements and the fact of the equipment, and constructs a complete data engineering system from 4 aspects which are standards, tools, products and services.
