总体国家安全观视域下大学生国家安全意识教育探析

An Exploration of National Security Awareness Education of University Students from the Perspective of the Overall National Security Concept

当前我国国家安全无论是在国内还是国际上,都面临着传统和非传统两类安全隐患;同时,西方国家意识形态的渗透以及在这些思想影响下的恐暴活动严重威胁着我国的国家安全和人民安全;另外,当前我国改革进入深水区,经济体制与宏观调控之间关系的调整所引起的人民内部矛盾凸显,这些问题对我国现代化建设的稳步发展产生了消极作用。面对如此复杂多变的国家安全形势,习总书记提出了总体国家安全观。这一观点的提出,要求我们努力保障人民权力的顺利实现,统筹国内外两个大局,兼顾整体与部分,转换处理国家安全问题的思维方式。为此,我们应在高校国家安全意识教育工作中做好国家安全观的认知教育,讲清这其中的道理;更新国家安全意识教育理念,激发大学生爱国热情;创新教育方式方法,增强国家安全意识教育实效性;加强高校国家安全意识教育教学队伍建设和平台建设;营造国家安全教育环境,落实国家安全教育实践。

At present,China’s national security,both at home and abroad,are facing the traditional and non-traditional security risks.At the same time,the infiltration of ideology of the western countries and the terrorist activities under the influence of it seriously threaten China’s national security and people’s security.In addition,China’s current reform has entered a critical period,the internal contradictions among the people caused by the adjustment of the relationship between the economic systems and the macroeconomic regulation and control are prominent,which have a negative effect on the steady development of our country’s modernization.In the face of such a complex and changeable national security situation,General Secretary Xi proposed the overall national security concept.This viewpoint requires us to work hard to ensure the smooth realization of the people’s power,balance the two overall situations at home and abroad,take into account the whole and part and change the way of thinking to deal with the problem of national security.Therefore,we should do well in the work of national security awareness education in universities by clarifying the truth,updating national security awareness education philosophy,stimulating the patriotic enthusiasm of university students;innovating education methods to enhance the actual effect of national security awareness education;strengthening the university national security awareness education teaching team and platform construction;creating a national security education environment and implementing national security education practice.
