摘要
在我国生产力急速发展的今天,高技能人才短缺成为制约我国生产力发展的瓶颈。国有企业造成高技能人才短缺的原因除有国家和社会层面原因,还有企业自身层面等原因。国有企业加强高技能人才队伍建设措施:切实高度重视企业高技能人才队伍建设;努力在企业内部营造崇尚技能人才的人文环境;建立和完善从社会和学校吸纳招收技能人才的制度办法;建立键全高技能人才的薪酬体制和激励机制;加大培训力度,加快高技能人才的成长步伐。
Shortage of highly--skilled personnel has become the bottleneck of restricting our country's productivity which is developing rapidly. In addition to the national and social reasons, the enterprise itself also causes the shortage of highly--skilled personnel. Measures for petroleum enterprises to strengthen highly--skilled personnel construction are as follows: attaching great importance to enterprise highly--skilled personnel team construction; building humanistic environment of advocating for skills ; improving rules and regulations of absorbing highly--skilled personnel from society and school; establishing salary sys tern and incentive mechanism for highly--skilled personnel; and strengthening training efforts and speeding up growth paces of highly-- skilled personnel.
