The main approaches to improve pertinence and effectiveness of practicing the socialist core values have five aspects.. playing the role of main channel of news media; building the culture of ＂Wechat Age＂ dominated by the socialist core values; fostering rational mentality and rules consciousness of internet subject; promoting the mode of transmission and the contents of dissemination; and improving the media literacy of administrators.
