摘要
使用Microsoft Visual C++6.0为开发工具,并结合已有的脑电采集器,设计实现了一种集诱发、采集和处理于一体的事件相关脑电位(event-related potential,ERP)系统。该系统的主要功能包括提供视觉刺激,实时采集和显示脑电信号,对信号进行预处理和小波多分辨分析,同时系统还解决了传统方法中关于刺激和采集不同步的问题。在刺激模式中,系统提供了两种刺激序列。一种是经典的Odd Ball模式,另一种是等概率模式。最后在实际应用中,通过利用Odd Ball模式对受试者进行视觉刺激,并对采集到的脑电信号经过预处理和小波多分辨分析,最终提取了ERP的P300成分,证明了系统在ERP研究中的可行性和有效性。
The author used Microsoft Visual C ++ 6.0 as development tool, combined the existing brain potential collector, to design a kind of event-related potential system which integrated signal evoking, collecting and processing. The main functions of the system included visual evoking, real time collecting and displaying of the brain electricity signal, processed pretreatment and wavelet multi-resolution analysis. Meanwhile, the system solved the problem of desynchrony of stimulation and collection. In stimulus modelity, the system provided two stimulation sequences, one was OddBall mode and the other was equal probability mode. In the practical application, carried out visual simulation to testees with OddBall mode, implemented data pretreatment and wavelet multi-resolution analysis, finally, the system extracted P300. It proves feasibility and effectiveness of the system in ERP research.
