摘要
为了解决部队装备维修保障任务重、维修技术要求高、维修保障能力不足等问题,在全面分析其对装备维修军民融合保障体系需求的基础上,提出了装备维修军民融合保障体系建设的思想和原则;并设计了装备维修军民融合保障体系构成;最后提出了在装备维修军民融合保障体系建设中应重点把握的问题。
This paper,aiming at solving the problems of heavy tasks,highly requirements on maintenance technology and the lack of maintenance support capabilities that the military forces facing,and on the basis of analyzing the demand for civil-military integration（CMI）support system of equip-ment maintenance,introduces the philosophy and principles of the building of CMI support system of equipment maintenance,designs the composition of CMI support system of equipment maintenance and finally puts forward some key points in the building of CMI support system of equipment maintenance.
