摘要
针对战术层次装备保障指挥控制效能问题,采用决策者、资源平台和任务3类要素描述战术层次装备保障指挥控制的组织结构,以组织的负载最小为优化目标建立装备保障组织优化模型,基于遗传算法对组织结构确定程序进行了设计,采用罚函数处理优化模型中的资源约束问题,实例验证了模型和算法的可行性。
To enhance the effectiveness of equipment support command and control,the paper describes the organizational structure of equipment support command and control at static level with three elements including decision maker,resource platform and task,establishes organization and optimization model taking the minimal load of organization as the goal,designs organizational structure determination procedure based on genetic algorithm and verifies the feasibility of model and algorithm empirically using penalty function to process and optimize resource constraint.
