The information asymmetry of transfer of both entities poses a major restriction for the transfer of national defense patented technology to civil applications.Based on the analysis on the information asymmetry of main entities of national defense patented technology transfer,the paper analyzes the reasons behind and brings out countermeasures of transfer of corresponding decryption mechanism,expansion of information platform business and the establishment and completion of approval and evaluation mechanism.
