我军开展武器装备作战试验鉴定的思考

Reflection on Appraisal on PLA's Weapons and Equipments Operational Test

武器装备作战试验鉴定是检验武器装备作战效能和作战适用性的重要手段,是我军在当前世界新军事变革背景下开展的一种新的装备试验类型。为进一步探索我军开展武器装备作战试验鉴定的思路和方法,通过分析我军武器装备作战试验鉴定的现状和存在的问题,提出了建立较为完善的作战试验鉴定组织管理体系;大力开展作战试验鉴定的理论方法研究;构建一体化试验训练靶场等几点思考意见。

Weapons and equipments operational test evaluation is an important approach to evaluate the operational efficiency and applicability and a new type of equipment test made in the background of world military reforms as well.To further explore into thoughts and methods of the PLA＇s weapons and equipments operational test evaluation,this paper analyzes the status quo and problems of PLA in this area,and brings out some suggestions including establishing a relatively perfect operational test evaluation organization and management system,vigorously developing operational test appraisal theory research and building integration test training ranges.
