重金属捕集剂KS-101脱除冶炼废水中镉的研究

摘要 广西地区有色金属矿产资源多为含镉共生矿物,在冶炼流程中常常会产出大量含镉废水.采用重金属捕集剂KS-101作为螯合剂,与溶液中的Cd2+发生螯合作用形成难以溶于水的有机硫螯合物,达到脱除镉的目的.研究了KS-101加入量、搅拌时间、聚合氯化铝加入量、静置陈化时间对镉脱除率的影响.结果表明,在KS-101加入量为0.6 g/L、搅拌时间30 min、聚合氯化铝加入量为0.4 g/L、静置陈化60 min条件下,溶液中镉质量浓度下降至0.007 mg/L. As the mineral resources of nonferrous metals in Guangxi area are mostly the cadmium containing symbiotic min- erals. Usually, the waste water containing cadmium is produced in the smelting process, cadmium as a state of cationic of Cd2 + in the solution. KS - 101 had been used in the experiment as chelating agent which was easy to be dissolved in water. Chelating reaction could occur in KS - 101 with Cd2+ , cadmium would be taken away from waste water by the complex which was hard to dissolved in water. The influence factors of cadmium removal from waste water had been studied which contained quantity of KS - 101 ,times of reaction, quantity of flocculant and times of precipitation. As the result, the best parameters of experiment were 0. 6 g/L as solution concentration of KS - 101,30 min as reaction time, 0. 4 g/L as solution concentration of flocculant, 60 mins as precipitation time. The content of cadmium in waste water would be reduced to 0. 007 mg/L
