摘要 通过对盘螺拉伸试验的观察分析,发现盘螺拉伸曲线是否存在明显屈服现象是导致性能波动的主要原因.对盘螺力学性能是否有明显屈服进行了不断的研究和试验,并多次对盘螺生产工艺控制进行了调整,通过对控轧控冷方案的调整,使盘螺的屈服点明显率由原来不足50!提高到90!以上,大大降低了盘螺性能的不合格率. Through the observation and analysis on the tensile tests of ribbed reinforced bars in coil, we found out that whether the obvious tensile yield curve phenomena exist or not are the main cause which results in the property fluctuations. Therefore, we keep on researching and testing whether yield is obvious or not, and keep on adjusting the process control. By adjusting the plan of controlled rolling and cooling, the apparent rate of the yield point of the bars obviously increases from less than 50% to more than 90%, which greatly reduces the unqualified rate of the Drooertv of the bars.
