大伙房输水隧洞TBM法施工风险识别及对策

摘要 针对TBM法在大伙房输水隧洞施工实践中存在的风险,构建基于熵权的TBM法施工进度风险评估指标体系,评估影响TBM法施工进度的关键风险项。结果表明,高压涌水、岩爆及卡机是影响大伙房输水隧洞TBM法施工进度的关键风险项。同时,针对关键风险项提出TBM法施工在遭遇高压涌水层,岩爆及卡机风险时应采取的对策,为同类型水工隧洞工程的施工风险识别与防治提供决策依据。 Concerning the existing risks in practical construction for Dahuofang water conveyance tunnel, risk of TBM construction progress evaluation index system based entropy weight was established, which assessed the key risk items impacting TBM construction progress. The result showed that high-pressure blow, rock burst and TBM block were the key risk items impacting TBM construction for Dahuofang water conveyance tunnel. Meanwhile, the countermeasures were put forward focused on TBM construction encountering high-pressure blow, rock burst and TBM block. Which could provide decisive basis for construction risk identification and prevention in similar hydraulic tunnel engineering.
