Properties and Assessment of Ceramic Mineral Deposit in Xiaodian, Suqian City

晓店陶瓷矿床位于郯庐断裂带内 ,并分为瓷石、陶土和陶瓷土三大类型 ,其中瓷石矿产于下白垩统青山组火山岩中 ,陶土矿产于上白垩统王氏组中 ,瓷土矿产于上新统宿迁组中。测试结果表明 ,该陶瓷矿是较理想的建筑陶瓷原料 。

Lying in Tan Lu Fracture Belt, Xiaodian ceramic deposit can be divided into three types of china stone, pottery clay and china clay. China stone is occurred in the volcanic rocks of Qingshan formation, lower Cretaceous Series, pottery clay in Wangshi formation of upper Cretaceous Series and china clay in Suqian formation of Pliocene Series. It is concluded, through testing, that the ceramic minerals can be served as favorable raw materials for building ceramics, and Xiaodian is expected to become a raw material base in this respect.
