Research on the Fundamental Geographical Conditions Monitoring Techniques

基于第一次全国地理国情普查成果,进行基础性地理国情监测的技术方法研究,分析目前常见的监测对比方法,提出以增量更新的方式进行基础性地理国情监测生产的解决方案。在实际生产中进行验证表明,该解决方案是可靠的、高效的,能够在地理国情监测中发挥作用。

Based on the periodical results of the First National Geographical Conditions Census, we researched the fundamental geographical conditions monitoring method based on incremental update mode. This method was verified in a real project, and supposed to be an effective exploration for normalizing geographical condition monitoring.
