To accelerate the unified real estate registration progression and conscientiously implement The Provisional Regulations on Real Estate Registration issued by State Council, which is the essential measure to achieve the administration by law and standard in Chinese modern society. It not only brings convenience and benefit to citizens, but also promotes urban comprehensive management capability of local governments and fundamentally protects the assets resources. This work is of great significance to build the legal society and realize the 'ruling country by law'.
