基于基尼系数的青海省公路空间分布格局研究

Spatial Distribution Pattern of Highways in Qinghai Province Based on Gini Coefficient

公路网空间分布格局与区域经济、人类生活布局不一致,严重制约着区域社会经济协调可持续发展。为了使公路网建设更好地服务于经济发展与人民生活,对公路网空间分布格局进行研究尤为必要。参考经济贫富差距的测定方法,构建表征公路里程相对区域面积、人口数量、各产业产值及经济总产值分布格局的洛仑兹曲线,定量计算衡量青海省国、省道布局与以上诸要素协调程度的基尼系数,反映国、省道建设的公平性与合理性,为未来公路网规划建设的协调有序发展提供基础信息。综合计算结果表明,青海省国、省道里程相对地域面积的分布较为均衡合理,但与人口数量、经济产值的相对布局严重失衡,建议合理规划公路网建设,有效调整产业布局。

Referring to the measuring methods of wealth gap, this paper built Lorenz curve representing highways mileage distribution pattern respectively with area of region, population, production value of each industry and total value of output, and quantified the Gini coefficient of national highways and provincial highways mileage with the four mentioned factors, consequently ref lecting the equality and reasonability of national and provincial highways construction and providing basic information for the well-organized development for future highway design. The calculating results conclude that the distribution of national highways and provincial highways with area of region in Qinghai Province performs balanced while distribution with population and production value is relatively out of balance. The study suggests that the highway construction should be properly designed and industry layout be effectively adjusted.
