CT冠状动脉成像检查中特殊患者呼吸干预法的临床应用研究

Clinical application of breathing intervention in special patients in CT coronary angiography

目的:探索呼吸完全不能配合的患者在CT冠状动脉成像检查中新方法,以期获得满意的图像质量。方法:分析58例CT冠状动脉造影检查过程中呼吸不能配合的特殊临床资料,通过技术人员对其进行呼吸训练,并配合捏鼻干预法,比较常规屏气法和捏鼻呼吸干预法基础心率和检查成功率。结果:常规屏气法患者平均基础心率为(77.10±5.56)次/min,捏鼻呼吸干预法患者平均基础心率为(64.04±4.50)次/min,两组数据比较,差异有统计学意义(t=8.68,P<0.05);常规屏气法患者检查成功率为0;捏鼻呼吸干预法患者检查成功率为100%,两组数据比较,差异有统计学意义(x^2=118.000,P<0.05)。结论:捏鼻呼吸干预法配合呼吸训练可提高冠状动脉成像检查的成功率,改善图像质量。

Objective： To explore a new method for getting satisfied quality of images for the patients who can＇t cooperate with breath in computed tomography（CT） coronary artery imaging. Methods： To analyze 58 cases about the patients who can＇t cooperate with breathing during the CT coronary angiography in the special clinical data, train them breathing through technical personnel and cooperate with the pinching noses, after that, compare the basis of heart rates and check the success rates before and after pinch the nose. Results： Before being pinching nose,patient＇s average.basis of heart rates was 77.10±5.56 times/min. The success rate was 0%.After being pinching nose, theaverage basis of heart rates was 64.04±4.50 times/min, the success rate was 100%. There are significant differences after compare the two groups of data（x2=118.000, P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Kneading nasal method with the breathing exercises can improve the success rates of the coronary artery imaging and images quality.
